Welcome to Norfolk Christmas Trees, located at Great Melton Estate, Norfolk. By visiting our premises and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to on-site transactions only as we do not offer online sales.

Product Information

Norfolk Christmas Trees provides a selection of high-quality Christmas trees, including Cut Norway Spruce, Nordmann Fir, and pot-grown varieties. We also offer tree stands, decorations, holly, mistletoe, wreaths, and lights. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify our product offerings without prior notice.

Purchasing Process

1. Selection and Purchase: Customers are invited to visit our estate to select and purchase their products. Once a tree or accessory is chosen, our team will net the tree for convenience.

2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept cash and most major credit cards.

3. Returns and Exchanges: Due to the perishable nature of our main products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for Christmas trees. For non-perishable items, exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition.

Liability

1. Product Quality: We ensure that our products meet high standards of quality. However, due to the natural characteristics of trees, variations in appearance and longevity may occur. We cannot be held liable for any dissatisfaction arising from these natural variations.

2. Customer Safety: While visiting our estate, customers are advised to take necessary precautions to ensure personal safety. Norfolk Christmas Trees is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring on the premises.

3. Force Majeure: Norfolk Christmas Trees is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions.
